Refund Policy

Updating your subscription is straightforward and only takes a few quick steps.

• Start by heading to the 'My Account' section of the website and follow the link to remove your account.
• Next, fill out and submit a 'Cancellation Subscription' form.
• Finally, reach out to our support team with your specific request.

Please keep in mind that we do not provide refunds for partial-month subscription periods or for services left unused. Should you decide to cancel, you'll still have access to our services through to the end of the period you've already paid for.

We reserve the right to close your account at any point, without prior notice, if we believe you've breached our terms. If that happens, no refund will be issued. Once your account is closed, all of these terms come to an end, except for those specifically intended to remain in effect after termination.
